Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies to promote positive emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes for students.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using our secure practice management software.

• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to create a supportive network for each client.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring that therapies remain relevant and effective.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services primarily target adolescents and young adults who face various psychological challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique emotional and developmental needs of young clients, as well as a compassionate approach to support their journey toward recovery. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW license in the state of New York is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n
