Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by clinical protocols, ensuring the right assessments are conducted at appropriate intervals.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and supporting the highest level of compliance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, ensuring a unified approach to client care.

• Conduct consultations for both pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, helping clients navigate challenging situations effectively.

• Engage actively in the clinic's accreditation processes and uphold the standards expected from licensing bodies.

• Act as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery and program visibility.

• Participate in community outreach to educate potential clients about available services and increase program engagement.

• Attend professional development activities and represent the organization at conferences, task forces, and other relevant gatherings.

Qualifications\n
