Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session is tailored to the unique circumstances of the client.

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are both actionable and adaptable, while actively engaging clients in their recovery process.

• Participate as an essential member of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance overall treatment strategies for clients.

• Supervise Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed, promoting their professional development and adherence to best practices.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure the safety of clients, especially those in immediate distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with students and families managing substance abuse issues alongside mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. You will play a vital role in connecting clients with resources and support systems that promote healing and recovery. Your expertise in recognizing and addressing relational dynamics within families will significantly enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, specifically working with adolescents and families.

• Strong proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience with a preferred specialization in mood disorders and substance use.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
