Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Perform assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on each patient's specific goals and requirements.
• Utilize various treatment techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to improve patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
• Document patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring accurate records of therapies and outcomes.
• Guide and educate patients, their families, and caregivers on appropriate therapy techniques and usage of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous education to maintain and elevate professional competencies through workshops, training, and networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our typical patient population includes adults recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders, as well as children with developmental issues. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer and documentation skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care, responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.

Preferred Experience

While prior work experience is not required, candidates with relevant clinical rotations in orthopedic settings or experience in outpatient physical therapy will be preferred. A background in working with diverse patient demographics will enhance your ability to provide effective care.

Compensation and Benefits
