Peace-Filled Mental and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to become an integral part of our team. This is a full-time role, designed for individuals passionate about providing transformative mental health services in a remote setting. Our ideal candidate will specialize in divorce and relationship counseling, bringing expertise in specific therapeutic modalities including but not limited to structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, transgenerational therapy, and communication therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, analyzing their intensity, frequency, and duration to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific client needs.

• Support and educate clients and their families on understanding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, creating a holistic approach to mental health.

• Monitor client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client conditions or treatment responses.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical specialists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually refine therapeutic strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in team meetings, and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting mental health awareness and helping to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
