Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a structured environment. You will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, utilizing technology to extend our reach and provide quality care from the comfort of clients’ homes. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a balanced professional approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them with knowledge to enhance their recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to deliver integrated treatment strategies.

You will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders.
