Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients through open communication and trust-building practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to discern best practices and refer clients to additional specialists when necessary.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative tasks accurately and promptly using our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflicts, grief, and other mental health issues. Your focus will be on addressing the unique circumstances of each client and recognizing how their relational dynamics influence their mental health. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Proficient understanding of mental health diagnostics and treatment methodologies relevant to family and individual therapy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years' experience in providing individual and group therapy sessions, with a demonstrated ability to work with varying mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy will be advantageous.

• Experience in working with clients remotely, utilizing teletherapy platforms and maintaining engagement through virtual means is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
