Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds, experiences, and treatment needs, articulating the findings in a detailed manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credentials.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches that honor cultural diversity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time Mental Health Therapist at Midwest Counseling Center, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
