Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, crafting a clear understanding of their challenges and personal goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings, addressing an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Create individualized treatment plans with specific objectives and interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive appropriate support during challenging times.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and local resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will cater to a broad spectrum of clients across different ages and backgrounds. Your clients may range from children and adolescents experiencing social adjustment issues to adults facing significant life transitions or mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
