Key Responsibilities\n

In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing therapy to couples and families, conducting individual sessions as needed. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Assessing and diagnosing patients' mental health conditions using evidence-based practices.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions specific to individual and family needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and family dynamics.

• Supporting families in navigating challenges related to blended families, job stress, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records through our digital health systems.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including referrals when necessary.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including couples and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Specific areas of focus will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
