Corporate/M&A Lawyer for Legal AI Evaluation
SaidGig
Use your UK corporate and commercial law expertise to evaluate how two AI platforms respond to real legal questions. You will compare responses side by side, apply a standardized scoring rubric, and provide concise written feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the same legal prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
- Compare each platform''s outputs side by side.
- Score responses using the provided standardized rubric.
- Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.
Qualifications
- Qualified to practise in the United Kingdom, with strong knowledge of UK corporate and commercial law.
- At least 2 years of primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice, with 3 or more years preferred.
- Current in-house lawyers are eligible only if they moved in-house within the past 2 years and previously worked at a law firm.
- Native or fluent English with precise written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.
Work Terms
- Remote role for candidates based in the United Kingdom.
- Hourly engagement.
- Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with strong potential for additional work.
- All work is subject to a confidentiality agreement.
Compensation
- £150 to £160 per hour.
