Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, identifying their unique challenges and needs.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that are strategic, measurable, and tailored to each client's specific goals and therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Engage actively with interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care and ensure a coordinated treatment approach for all clients.

• Educate and support clients' families, fostering their involvement in the treatment process and promoting an environment of understanding and cooperation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, consisting of individuals from varied backgrounds and with different mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling and treatment.
