Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, including structured interviews and standardized diagnostic tools, to formulate targeted treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, promoting engagement and motivation among clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring an organized and efficient documentation system that supports seamless care delivery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in case consultations and treatment planning, facilitating interdisciplinary discussions that enhance holistic care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
