Manager (or Senior Manager), Programs

Role Description

This is a program management role at its core. We are looking for someone to take ownership of designing, launching, and running our next generation of applied wealth-holder programs in the Americas—carrying each one from concept to a well-run, repeatable annual program.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Programs, you will own a portfolio of programs outright—responsible not only for their design and launch but for their full ongoing management once they are running:

• Own CSP's Investing Lab—complete its design, launch it (first cohort begins November 2026), and then run it on an ongoing basis.
• Launch an annual Family Office Program on the U.S. West Coast (likely San Francisco)—design it, launch it (2027), and run it each year.
• Launch the Family Office Program to the East Coast (likely New York City) in 2028, running both editions on an ongoing basis thereafter.

These are not lecture courses. Both programs are practical, peer-led, and built around real cases, real stakes, and carefully recruited senior faculty. Your job is to manage them end to end—design and refine the curriculum, stand up the operations and partnerships that make them run, facilitate and orchestrate the experience, and improve them year over year.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous, quickly evolving environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated track record of designing and launching major projects from concept to delivery.
• Genuine subject-matter credibility in impact investing, sustainable finance, philanthropy, or family office / wealth management.
• Experience recruiting and managing senior stakeholders, faculty, or speakers.
• Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person formats across group sizes.
• Proven ability to engage high-net-wealth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and/or senior wealth management executives.
• Exceptional written and oral communication and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, small-team environment.
• Tech-savvy: GSuite, Asana, Claude, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to approximately 15%).

Requirements

• Instructional design and curriculum development experience, ideally for applied or peer-based adult learning.
• Direct experience with impact due diligence, fund mechanics, Investment Policy Statements, and/or Investment Committees.
• Direct experience in or with family offices—governance, operations, or impact strategy.
• Experience at a small, entrepreneurial organization.

Position Details

• Level: Manager (or Senior Manager) (exact level dependent on experience).
• Reports to: Senior Director, Programs.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.
• Employment Type: Full-time preferred; open to part-time or contract arrangements for exceptional candidates.
• Location: Remote within the United States.
• Travel: Up to approximately 15%, concentrated around program delivery windows.
• Salary range: For the state of California only, the range of starting salary for this full-time role is $95,000 - $125,000.
