Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and provide tailored support plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive care plans that address individual client goals and ensure access to necessary services.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on the unique challenges faced by clients in recovery, enhancing their coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, showcasing a collaborative spirit.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support and strategies during critical situations to ensure clients' safety.

• Carry a designated caseload, involving regular client check-ins and evaluating their progress toward achieving therapeutic objectives.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours, as assigned, ensuring continuous support for clients in crisis.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
