Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at St. Elizabeth Wellness, you will take on a range of impactful responsibilities that directly contribute to our clients' path toward better mental health:

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, utilizing diverse modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or person-centered therapy, to support individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and holistic care for clients, creating comprehensive support networks.

• Deliver crisis intervention and acute care support when clients face emergencies, applying your expertise and empathy to guide them through distressing situations.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health education and advocate for reduced stigma surrounding mental illness, strengthening community connections.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
