Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs through interviews and standardized assessment tools, creating an accurate picture of each individual or family's circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling tailored to address a diverse range of life challenges, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review customized service plans that align with clients' specific goals, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your caseload will include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges, such as mental health issues, trauma, poverty, and systemic inequities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
