Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, adapting strategies based on the unique circumstances and needs of each client to promote healing and resilience.
\n
• Accurately complete billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with specified timeframes and maintaining meticulous records for effective care management.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies, equipping clients with tools to maintain stable functioning in their daily lives.

• Create thorough discharge plans in collaboration with clients to facilitate smooth transitions and continued progress post-therapy.

• Adhere rigorously to federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures set by Impireum, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Engage in continuous learning to maintain professional competence, participating in relevant training and ongoing education opportunities.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices with peers.

• Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field required for obtaining licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Texas is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in working with diverse populations and addressing complex mental health issues is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
