Work Environment\n

This role will predominantly be performed in a remote workspace, allowing flexibility while maintaining critical interactions with students, families, and educational staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform the creation of effective treatment plans.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize positive outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and other health care professionals to coordinate support plans tailored to each student's unique situation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of current research and best practices in clinical social work and child psychology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, trauma, and family dynamics. Understanding the complexities of school environments, you will play a significant role in fostering a supportive atmosphere for students, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LCSW license and a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience, particularly in school or community-based settings.

• Experience with therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
