About our client Addison Group is partnering with a growing private equity firm that is transitioning into a more structured, in-office operating model. The organization is small but scaling quickly, with a high-performance, professional services–style culture that values discipline, organization, and strong executive support. This role will be foundational in helping establish operational consistency as the firm continues to expand. Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team. This individual will serve as the central coordination point for executive scheduling, meetings, travel, and in-office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, brings strong attention to detail, and enjoys being the “go-to” support resource in a fast-paced, professional setting. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple executives and external stakeholders Organize and support internal meetings, investor meetings, and board sessions Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Prepare materials, logistics, and scheduling support for board and leadership meetings Serve as the primary in-office support presence, including greeting guests and managing meeting readiness Support office operations such as meeting setup, supplies, and general organization Ensure seamless execution of in-person meetings, including room preparation and catering needs Act as a reliable point of contact for executive administrative needs, including occasional after-hours support Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role Experience in professional services environments (finance, consulting, legal, accounting strongly preferred) Strong calendar management and multi-stakeholder coordination experience Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work onsite 4 days per week with occasional early mornings or late evenings Tech‑savvy with experience using modern scheduling and productivity tools Stable work history preferred (strong tenure highly valued) Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Reporting directly to the CEO Office is located at 1 Embarcadero Center, 24th Floor Standard hours: ~8:30/9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM Occasional early board meetings (~8:00 AM) and rare after‑hours support required Interview process includes virtual interview with CEO followed by onsite meetings Hiring timeline: ASAP High‑visibility role supporting senior leadership in a growing firm Opportunity to build foundational processes in a scaling organization Exposure to investor meetings and board‑level operations Potential long‑term career growth into expanded operational, HR, or Chief of Staff‑type responsibilities Collaborative but structured, professional environment with strong leadership access #J-18808-Ljbffr
