The Association of Fundraising Professionals is looking for a Director of Development based in Arlington, Virginia. This full-time hybrid role involves creating and executing a fundraising strategy to support the organization’s $2 million budget goal. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of fundraising experience and at least 2 years leading fundraising initiatives in a nonprofit environment. You will work with diverse stakeholders to cultivate donor relationships and drive corporate partnerships.
