Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to collaboratively establish and monitor treatment goals, utilizing therapeutic techniques that are tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct prevention-oriented therapy sessions that address immediate concerns while also equipping clients with long-term coping strategies.

• Develop, implement, and continually review treatment plans in conjunction with client progress to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate effectively with additional treatment providers, community resources, and placement agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Document each session accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Maintain an active caseload while providing timely session notes that reflect treatment outcomes and future objectives.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to enhance the culture and collaboration of the team, sharing insights and strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, we offer:
