Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor in our telehealth environment, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Meeting with clients regularly to assess their progress, discuss stability, address upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when deemed appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, holding a minimum of several sessions each week to ensure consistent support for clients.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance personal development and clinical skills.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on youth and adolescents, providing guidance and support to help them navigate various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A commitment to meeting internal credentialing requirements in applicable clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
