Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. All clients are screened rigorously to ensure they fit within your area of expertise. This creates a productive and meaningful therapeutic environment where you can apply your specialized knowledge and skills to help clients progress toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in good standing, ideally as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW to practice independently.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates under no disciplinary actions are preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

• Proficient in technology, with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms and tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, having at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is beneficial. This experience should include working with diverse populations and employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
