Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders or chronic pain, in addition to mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. Many of our patients are navigating complex life situations which necessitate a compassionate, informed, and holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Psychologist in Washington state.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring conditions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
