Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapies to groups, families, couples, and individuals, implementing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that each client's progress is well recorded.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated with advancements in mental health practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is essential.
