Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to address individual client needs.

• Provide individualized therapy through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, and conduct therapy with families and couples, effectively addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software for documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients come from marginalized backgrounds and experience barriers to accessing traditional mental health care. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
