Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique needs and challenges.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, helping them to navigate complex emotional landscapes.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
