Work Environment

This position is situated in our outpatient office located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and a variety of treatment spaces conducive to hands-on care and patient interaction. The office hours are Monday through Friday, offering a consistent full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the physician's recommendations and utilize research-driven methods to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement therapy interventions in alignment with best practices for various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide ongoing patient education, consulting, and training to patients and their caregivers to promote understanding and compliance with treatment protocols.
• Utilize clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Foster exceptional customer service and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Meet minimum utilization and performance goals while contributing to the strategic objectives of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population at Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy encompasses a wide range of patients, from children with developmental issues to adults recovering from Sports injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy or be eligible for licensure in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic documentation and standard office software.
• Ability to establish strong rapport with patients, enhancing their overall experience and commitment to recovery.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings, especially dealing with diverse patient demographics.
• Active membership or participation in physical therapy professional organizations is a plus.
• Current certification in CPR and AED from a recognized organization is required.

Compensation and Benefits
