Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify each patient’s needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless approach for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families to empower them in managing mental health conditions through psychoeducation and skill development.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measurements and make necessary adjustments to therapy based on evolving needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
