Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets, and industries
• Build a string pipeline of potential customers through networking, referrals, market research etc
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiations and closure
• Collaborate with Solution/Industry principals to design winning proposal and RFPs
• Stay current with market trends, industry challenges and competitors' activities to position the company effectively
• Represent the company in client meetings, conference, trade shows and industry forums
• Partner with internal teams like Marketing/Overlay sales and delivery units to build a compelling GTM strategies
• Transition new customer to Account Managers for long term relationship management.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
