We're looking for a Director of Strategic Alliances to own the strategy and execution behind Noma's partnerships with the AI platforms and security vendors we actually work with, OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and top security ISVs. You'll build and lead the team behind this practice, running co-sell and co-build motions in parallel. Own the strategy and execution for Noma's alliances with major AI platforms and security ISVs, including (OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Splunk) Build and grow the team and practice behind these partnerships as the function scales Drive co-build work with partner engineering teams on strategic initiatives, including AI gateways and other joint technical integrations Run co-sell motions alongside co-build, going beyond co-marketing to turn relationships into revenue Act as a strong salesperson and relationship builder who gets partners excited about Noma's vision, holding deep product conversations to understand where they're trying to go Speak the language of engineering teams and work directly with them, not just with partner business or marketing counterparts Partner closely with Noma's cloud alliance function to coordinate across hyperscaler and ISV/AI vendor partnerships What You Bring Experience building practices and partnerships with the type of vendors Noma actually works with, AI platforms and security ISVs, not adjacent industries Required: hands-on experience with both co-sell and co-build alliance motions, more than just co-marketing Comfortable working directly with engineering teams and Product managers, able to speak their language and drive joint technical initiatives Proven ability to build and own a partnerships practice and strategy from the ground up Strong salesperson instinct: gets excited about the vision, builds relationships with people on the other side, and can hold a deep product conversation about where a partner is trying to go Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Home office setup reimbursement Short- and long-term disability insurance Life and accident insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success #J-18808-Ljbffr Noma Security
