Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily involve working with clients who are already stable and seeking preventive measures for their mental health. All clients will undergo a thorough screening process to ensure they are suited for the telehealth model and the therapy services provided. This allows you to concentrate on effective strategies and interventions that resonate with their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, fully-conferred license to practice independently without supervision, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate disposition, fostering trust with clients.

• Strong computer literacy to efficiently navigate our telehealth systems and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services is considered an asset, enabling you to quickly adapt to the virtual care model.

• Prior work with low-acuity clients will allow for a speedy integration into our client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with the hours worked and experience. Additional highlights include:
