Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and questionnaires to guide the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that the approach aligns with clients' unique circumstances and goals.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress toward treatment objectives, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Respond to clients experiencing crises with effective intervention strategies, developing immediate safety plans and support resources in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community resources to provide holistic care that addresses the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards, while also preparing reports as needed for internal quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse adult and adolescent clients who are facing an array of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. As a therapist, your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Experience in telehealth or digital health services is a plus, enabling effective remote therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to work within a team-oriented approach while managing an individual caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 for this full-time position, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
