Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and personal histories to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for clients facing acute challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in strict accordance with laws and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field.
