Work Environment\n

This role is based in Lancaster, California, and operates within a fully remote setting. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining access to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Daily hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that benefits both our therapists and their clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that focus on their unique challenges and strengths.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Joy Filled Life, you will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them with the tools and strategies they need to improve their well-being and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
