This position operates in an outpatient office setting where the majority of therapy sessions are conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize digital tools to implement automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to tailor treatment plans according to client needs.

• Document clinical interactions and progress notes efficiently using our therapist portal, minimizing time spent on paperwork and maximizing client interaction.
\n
• Conduct weekly synchronous live video sessions with adults facing various emotional disorders, employing evidence-based interventions during each interaction.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team for consultation and support, ensuring you receive guidance on complex cases or clinical dilemmas.
\n
• Apply various therapeutic methodologies including behavior modification, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and brief therapy techniques in your sessions.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies for clients and participate in peer consultations with fellow therapists.
\n
• Develop thorough mental health diagnoses in line with DSM V standards, crafting individualized treatment plans that encompass best practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic expertise will focus on adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Active and independent licensure in the state of Oregon as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; additional state licenses will be viewed favorably.
