Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide high-quality therapy, including individual, couples, and family sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Monitor and document clients' progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and helping them navigate any roadblocks they may encounter.

• Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain strict ethical and legal guidelines in all therapeutic interactions and documentation, safeguarding client confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:\n

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a treatment team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
