Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, employing therapeutic techniques to improve their mental health and emotional well-being.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals who are low-acuity and consistently stable. All clients are prescreened to ensure they are suitable for remote therapy, allowing therapists to focus on personalized care without the pressures of crisis management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license, specifically one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to make clinical evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and execution.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a sympathetic and compassionate nature, conducive to building rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms and documentation systems effectively.
