Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on improving their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Act as a client advocate, working closely with individuals to define and pursue their personal and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Mindful Moments Therapy, you will primarily serve a client population of stable adults who have been screened to ensure they present low acuity concerns. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be matched with clients based on your specialties and demographic preferences, creating a fulfilling and effective therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid and fully licensed designation in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Licenses must be in good standing, allowing independent practice without supervision.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in counseling or therapy is required.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature, essential for fostering client trust and rapport.

• Computer literacy and proficiency in navigating digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and working hours.
