Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' suitability for various work assignments and counseling interventions.

• Provide culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, complemented by comprehensive case management support.

• Consult and coordinate with clients, case managers, and both internal and external healthcare providers to ensure a harmonized approach to client care.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate, guide, and enable clients to successfully achieve their mental health and personal goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to enhance the quality of client care.

• Experiment with novel therapy protocols and techniques to advance your professional practice and patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing training focused on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
