Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of patients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote better mental health outcomes.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize efficacy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
