Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage clients through therapeutic interviews, ensuring a thorough understanding of family dynamics, individual history, and group interactions.

• Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of psychosocial programs tailored to the specific needs of patients.

• Develop and manage educational and support programs for patients, addressing their unique psychosocial challenges while liaising with community organizations as necessary.

• Identify and interpret the psychosocial needs of patients, providing insights into their disorders to both patients and professional groups.

• Provide pregnancy counseling services to support expecting parents through complex emotional and health-related issues.

• Build strong, therapeutic rapport with clients to facilitate accurate assessments of their mental, emotional, and physical concerns.

• Review and evaluate current psychosocial health research, integrating findings into practices while educating both patients and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct crisis interventions as required, focusing on immediate patient safety and stabilization.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including clinical staff and community health educators—to deliver comprehensive patient services.

• Facilitate appropriate referrals for patients needing additional services, ensuring continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
