Director of Strategic Finance

Responsibilities Own the operating model. Turn reporting into decisions. Drive strategic finance. Partner cross‑functionally. Read the market. Support fundraising and corporate strategy. Engineer the systems. Requirements 5–8 years of startup finance experience with a history of increased responsibilities. Strategic finance / FP&A experience at a startup that scaled ARR fast. Investment banking or consulting background. Elite modeling and analytical chops, paired with the communication skills to make the numbers land with non‑finance audiences.
