Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive Remote role with preference for candidates located in: AL, GA, FL, MN, IL, VA, UT, WA, but will consider candidates based anywhere. Travel - up ~20% Base Salary: $80,000-$110,000 + incentives/bonus that could potentially double base with on track sales Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business? We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our presence in the printed circuit board (PCB) market. This is a hunter role focused on generating new revenue, opening doors with key decision-makers, and driving long-term growth across industries including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, and Commercial Electronics. What You'll Do Business Development Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets Identify and engage OEMs, EMS providers, and other strategic customers Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and trade shows Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and close Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and customer presentations Participate in RFQ/RFP opportunities and contract negotiations Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within the CRM History of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals Customer & Internal Collaboration Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer service teams to develop winning solutions Communicate customer requirements, engineering changes, production updates, and delivery expectations Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities as needed (up to 20%) What We're Looking For 3+ years of business development or outside B2B sales experience in the PCB or electronics manufacturing industry Demonstrated success generating new business and achieving sales targets Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, fabrication, and customer requirements Experience managing RFQ/RFP opportunities and complex sales cycles Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive drive and hunter mentality Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office ERP experience (SAP or JD Edwards) is a plus Willingness to travel up to 20% U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee status required If you're energized by opening new doors, building lasting partnerships, and closing complex manufacturing opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr San Diego Human Resources Consulting, Inc.
