Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy to clients presenting with a variety of behavioral health challenges, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and create personalized therapeutic treatment plans for effective interventions.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation compliant with clinic standards and healthcare regulations to support quality assurance and continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed to ensure client safety and well-being; this may include immediate support during challenging situations.

• Engage in outreach efforts to connect with other healthcare providers and community resources, enhancing the support network available to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflict. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing the unique backgrounds, needs, and goals of each client, fostering a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings and facilitating pathways toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in Maryland or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in outpatient settings.

• Proven skills in implementing various therapeutic approaches, with competency in Family Systems Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) being essential.

• Exceptional ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage a caseload effectively while ensuring adherence to documentation standards and deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) platforms and experience with telehealth delivery of services.

• Bilingual abilities are considered an asset but are not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Key Well Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload size.
