Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, enabling tailored intervention strategies.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting clients in managing conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, which may include support groups or psychoeducational workshops, fostering community and shared learning among participants.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and incorporating interventions aligned with clients' unique needs, preferences, and feedback.

• Respond promptly to client crises by offering immediate support and conducting risk assessments; ensure effective coordination of emergency interventions when needed.

• Remain informed about recent developments in mental health practice by actively participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
