The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to curate individualized treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to maximize client engagement and progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA compliance and other regulatory standards to ensure client privacy and trust.

• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and integrate feedback into treatment plans.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the quality of care we deliver, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
