Although the majority of counseling will be delivered remotely, our counselors benefit from access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources at the outpatient office for any necessary in-person consultations or meetings. Regular business hours are expected, with the possibility of evening availability during peak periods to accommodate patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct meticulous assessments and screenings to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide one-on-one, short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that address relevant topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development to enhance patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with various hospital departments, including medical teams and patient support services, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
