Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, incorporating a detailed review of medical history and performance of standardized assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, integrating their input into the goal-setting process to enhance patient engagement.
• Implement specialized treatment protocols based on assessment results while adapting to the evolving needs of patients, ensuring high-quality care in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless continuity of care and timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications
